calls from our clients that their system is down and need

We find everyone likes to work in a clean environment and we
like our offices to be clean and neat. It is a reflection to your
clients, how you do business, and gives the staff a sense of pride.
Likewise the cleanliness of your equipment reflects how your staff
respects your equipment and their work area. We have found many
times just after the first cleaning, in the morning, when the staff
comes in, the comment is “did we get new computers?” Once their
computer equipment is clean, it is not surprising how they will go
out of their way to “clean up” the desk around them because a clean
computer makes a messy desk look dirty.
 The
PC Box is moved outside and the interior is cleaned with
compressed air removing all dirt and
dust from system chassis, built up dust bunnies from all internal
fans, components, vents and power supply. We clean exterior of PC Box,
vents, fans, switches and drives with compressed air. We then use a
mild cleaning solution with a safe scrubby pad removing any
marks, ink stains, tape residue and any stains from exterior
of case. Finishing up with a case polish solution. Visual
inspection of all internal parts in PC Box, looking for
swollen caps or circuit deterioration on main system board,
defective fans, bad bearings, worn cables and looking for
premature wear to prevent any hardware failures. Thoroughly
cleaning of the keyboard with compressed air, cleaning of all
keys and finishing with a disinfectant solution. Cleaning
the exterior of the monitor, including vents, frame and screen with
compressed air. We then use a mild ammoniated cleaner on the screen
and buff the screen with a anti-static pad.
Check all cables for wear or problems.
We also tie and
organize cables and wires for computer workstation and vacuum area
where PC sits.

Computer Help of SW Florida offers 3 Compu-Clean Contract Plans.
Bi-Annual, 2 times a year, Tri-Annual cleaning 3 times a
year and Quarterly, 4 times a year.
It is
important to know when deciding on the contract right for you, that with the
Compu-Clean Contract, your equipment is not only cleaned, but also
inspected for anything that may result in a computer system failure.
Bad fan bearings, frayed cables, hard drive wine and swollen
capacitors on the main system board are just a sampling of the
things we look for. The Service can be scheduled anytime you
like. A team of no less then three, trained computer technicians
will arrive onsite during business hours, after business hours, or
anytime on Saturday per your schedule. We like to allow 30 minutes
per computer workstation. A
finished report will be provided on all systems cleaned, noting what
systems may have problem areas that need to be addressed or
repaired.
